Green Teens at Bedichek Junior High embarked on a journey this fall to learn about alternative energy. They got energized about the topic by competing in a game to earn points based on their home energy habits. Green Teens then teamed up to design and build solar-powered model cars. Students previewed their model solar cars durng a family night where guests voted on the most artistic car. Then on December 15th, the sun showed its power blazing over the Bedichek courtyard where student teams reved up to race their cars.
