Trash & Treasure: Clean Lady Bird Lake

A group of 100+ volunteers, hyped up on coffee and donuts, will descend on the Trail to pick up trash and remove debris of all varieties from MoPac to Longhorn Dam.  Volunteers will meet at a few locations so everyone can fan out and clean up the entire Trail.  Volunteers will remove hundreds of bags of trash from the Trail!  Bicycles, tires, fast food containers, plastic water bottles, and beer cans are not the only treasures participants find.  Sponsors donate gifts that we hide in various spots along the Trail.  Trail users profusely thank the volunteers!

There are two starting locations for shoreline volunteers, and on-the-water volunteers will leave from the Texas Rowing Center, Zilker Boat Rentals, Rowing Dock,  & Holiday Inn Boat Launch (see registration link for details).  On-the-Water volunteers should be 16 years or older.
