Blackshear/Prospect Hill Neighborhood AssociationBlackshear/Prospect Hill Neighborhood Association 2005 Neighborhood Grant Recipient The Blackshear/Prospect Hill Neighborhood Association planted lantana, agave, and yucca at intersections throughout the neighborhood to create a harmonious feel. Pictures below show the planting at Chicon and Rosewood. Beautification efforts continue to expand with limestone boulders/edging and supplemental plantings.
