NBG 2005 Windsor Park CommunityWindsor Park Community 2005 Neighborhood Grant Recipient The Windsor Park community created a community garden for neighborhood’s young and old to gather and get to know each other and while enjoying tending to their plants. The garden contains a rainwater collection system, a pond, and raised bed plots.
