Re-Enchanting the Forest

4/25/10

It's amazing what you can still find in our creeks. Even with Austin being such a green city, you can still find things like car parts, appliances, mattresses and even hazardous materials in our waterways. After the last flash flood, garbage that people have illegally dumped like car parts, appliances, and furniture have made it into our creek and are appearing in community gathering spaces.   Come help some of the Friends of Bouldin Creek keep what makes Austin Beautiful.

Cleanup supplies will be provided.  Wear comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty, bring work gloves, & bring a full reusable bottle of water.
