Lady Bird Lake Fest at Fiesta Gardens 05/20/09 Lady Bird Lake Fest is at Fiesta Gardens with lots of on-the-water activities, boat rides and paddling opportunities. This is a great volunteer opportunity. Besides the actual festival, there are preparation days that are fun and creative. Sara Hickman is featured, along with puppet shows, pirates, art projects, turtles, giant hula hoops and more.
