01/21/2008 - 09:00 01/21/2008 - 15:00 Etc/GMT-6 Smith Creek Clean Up The 4-H Capital Americorps Project has decided to do a creek clean-up in the seasonal creek that runs parallel to Smith Rd. This creek feeds into Boggy Creek and is some serious need of attention. This project is aimed at reducing potential mosquito populations, facilitating water flow into Boggy Creek, and cleaning any trash or pollution that may be found in the area. Several other Smith Creek neighbor businesses have joined forces with the 4-H Capital Americorps Project. All volunteers are encouraged to come out and take part in this MLK day of service!
